    Free vibration response of a joined shell system including cylindrical and spherical shells is analyzed in this research. It is assumed that the system of joined shell is made from a functionally graded material (FGM). Properties of the shells are assumed to be graded through the thickness.     A simple, rapid and sensitive method based on microextraction in packed syringe (MEPS), in combination with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed. Polyaniline (PANI) nanowires network was synthesized and used as sorbent of MEPS for the multiresidue determination of selected analytes from triazine, organochlrorine and organophosphorous pesticides in aqueous samples. The PANI nanowires network was prepared using soft template technique and its characterization was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).     The morphology of a quaternary blend containing a diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA), a thermoplastic modifier (PMMA), a phase-separating curing agent (diaminodiphenylmethane, DDM), and a non-phase-separating curing agent (methylenebis(3-chloro-2,6-diethylaniline, MCDEA) was studied as a function of volume fraction of the thermoplastic modifier and fractional concentration of the curing agents in their mixture. It was found that using mixtures of curing agents a co-continuous morphology could be obtained at PMMA concentrations as low as 2.5 volume percent.     This study deals with the large-scale production of biosurfactant from soybean oil soapstock by Pseudomonas aeruginosa MR01. The production of biosurfactant was carried out in a newly designed bioreactor equipped with recycling flow under three operational conditions. Kinetic studies were conducted at both shake flask and 5-L bioreactor scales during fermentation in a soapstock medium. Mathematical equations were developed to model the kinetic patterns at both scales.     Recent uses of intelligent composites in biomedical appliances aggrandize the necessity of bonding-strength improvement in NiTi/silicone matrix interface. SEM micrographs and pull-out tests are employed to determine the strength of the NiTi/silicone bonds in a flexible composite piece. Greater adhesion strengths are obtained due to the presence of thin oxide layer, surface roughness and frictional forces between the embedded-wires and the contacting phase.     The goal of this paper was to create a new method for analyzing the online real estate flyers based on their property types. We created an algorithm which identifies the buildings and windows from the buildings in order to extract some useful features for classifying the flyers. Our novel approach for building recognition has two main steps: 1- Building Detector 2- Region Growing.     Poly(butadiene-stat-styrene)/poly(methylmetacrylate), SBR/PMMA, structural latices were synthesized by using equal moles of different kinds of surfactants: anionic, nonionic, and anionic/nonionic mixture in a two-stage emulsion polymerization.     A convenient and efficient procedure for electrophilic aromatic bromination has been developed by mixing of N-bromosuccinimide and an aromatic compound at room temperature on the surface of silica gel mixed with solid anhydrous LiClO4. All of the substrates examined underwent clean electrophilic aromatic bromination in reaction times of a few minutes to afford the corresponding bromoarenes under neutral conditions in excellent yield.     This article describes the synthesis and swelling behavior of a superabsorbing hydrogel based on sodium alginate (NaAlg) and polyacrylonitrile (PAN). The physical mixture of NaAlg and PAN was hydrolyzed with a solution of NaOH to yield an alginate-poly(sodium acrylate-co-acrylamide) [Alg-poly(NaAA-co-AAm)] superabsorbent hydrogel.     A novel method based on microextraction in packed syringe (MEPS) as sample preparation technique coupled off-line with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed using electrospun nanofibers as sorbent. For electrospinning of polypyrrole/polyamide-based nanofiber, a homogeneous solution containing nylon 6, ferric chloride and pyrrole monomer was prepared and then was drawn into a 2.5-mL syringe.     The thermal decomposition of Aluminum Titanate in exposure to pure Aluminum was examined both in powder and in bulk form. Optical microscopy, FE-SEM, XRD, DSC and TGA examinations were conducted to take the possible chemical reactions between Aluminum Titanate and Al into consideration. It was found that as Aluminum Titanate particles are exposed to Al matrix, the thermal stability of Aluminum Titanate is degraded and its decomposition temperature is reduced from 850°C to 550°C.
