In this study, effect of chelate ligands containing carboxylic, phenolic, and amine functional groups on the synthesis of related-perovskite Ca2Fe2O5 versus perovskite CaFeO3 structures have been investigated. Herein, the application of chelating-agent method, e.g. EDTA, Citric Acid, NTA, malonic acid, maleic acid, catechol, acetylaceton, p-tert-butycatechol, aminophenolic derivative ligand, and 2-hydroxyiminodiacetic acid, in comparison to co-precipitation method was also undertaken. Evaluating the Effect of External Financing Constraints on Expected Stock Returns of Non-financial Institutions: Evidence from Tehran Stock Market

Abstract
The paper aims to investigate the importance of firms’ financial constraints for pricing equity in Iran. We study the impact of financial constraints of non-financial firms on their stock returns using a sample of 241 manufacturing firms listed in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) for the period of 2007 to 2014. We use a similar index as in Kaplan and Zingales (1997), KZ, to measure financial constraint. We examine whether financial constraint influences stock returns and can improve the explanatory power of the Fama and French three-factor asset pricing model. This paper propose a particle swarm optimization based algorithm for locating Unified power flow controller (UPFC), as well as set its parameters, with static point of view in deregulated electricity markets in order to reduce generation cost, voltage violation and manage congestion. Abstract
This paper proposes a particle swarm optimization based algorithm for locating series FACTS devices in deregulated electricity markets in order to reduce and manage congestion. Line outage sensitivity factors are used to reduce the solution space and to pinpoint the lines which are more suitable for FACTS device placement. Total congestion cost and total generation cost are the two objective functions that are employed in the optimization process. In order to verify and validate the effectiveness of the proposed method, it was applied to IEEE 14-bus and IEEE 57-bus test systems. Colloidal inorganic nanoparticles have wide applications in the detection of analytes and in biological assays. A large number of these assays rely on the ability of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs, in the 20 nm diameter size range) to undergo a color change from red to blue upon aggregation. Abstract
The correlation between religious adherence and voter turnout is widely studied. However, whether the relation is causal is an open question. We use Household Expenditures and Income Survey (HEIS) data in Iran, which encompasses nine distinct religious expenditures. These expenditures have low correlation with each other and represent different aspects of religious adherence. We use Imamzadeh (some historical holy shrines) as Instruments to estimate the causal effect of religious expenditures on voter turnout. The results reveal that religious expenditures influence both presidential and parliamentary voter turnout, with a notably stronger impact on presidential elections

Abstract
In this study steady state and dynamic simulation of an NFM extractive distillation unit for seperation of aromatics and non-aromatic components has been carried out. Column output composition obtained with experimental binary coefficients is compared with those obtainded by UNIFAC equation. The results indicate that using UNIFAC for all binrary coefficients results in an unacceptable error in concentration of benzene. If the experimental binary coefficents of benzene with NFM are used and the rest are calculated by UNIFAC equation, the simulation results will be very close to those obtained via experimental binary coefficients.
