Determining Product Portfolio of Petrochemical Plants Using Multi Objective Decision Making Tools (Case study: Jam Petrochemical Plant)

Abstract
Decision making for planning a petrochemical plant is a difficult task, particularly when decisions are required to be made under constraints and different objectives. Final purpose of current research is to develop a reliable model for selecting limited petrochimal products among all potential alternatives under different constraints, considering two desired objective functions; Maximizing economic gain and minimizing safety risk. The powerful tool of multi objective decision making has been used for solving the proposed model. The developed model has been applied to Jam Petrochemical Company as a case study and the acquired results found to be successful.

In a real-time routing problem, a sequence of requests emerge overtime in a metric and should be served by $k$ moving agents (i.e. the servers) in order to minimize a certain cost function. If the cost function is the average of completion time of the requests, the problem is named \textit{online $k$-traveling repairman problem}. An online algorithm with lookahead would be aware about next arising requests in a specific time-window. Zeolite-based photocatalysts were prepared by the sol-gel and deposition methods. The photocatalysts were characterised by X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms, FTIR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry. The activity of the prepared photocatalysts was evaluated by the UV-induced degradation of acid blue 92, a textile dye in common use. In this paper a new passive imaging method is introduced that is mainly suitable for Geo-locating LPI radars. The method uses two Electronic Support (ES) receivers located on a fast moving platform (e.g. an airplane or a satellite). A kinetic model for growth of ZnO nanorods via vapor-liquid-solid (VLS) mechanism based on the bulk diffusion of Zn atoms through the Au-Zn droplet is presented. The dependences of the growth rate on size are given quantitatively. A general expression for the growth rate of nanorods during VLS process is derived. The derived formula shows the dependences of growth rate on lateral size of nanorods, concentration and supersaturation of Zn atoms in the liquid droplet. We study the collective excitations in a relativistic fluid with an anomalous U(1) current. In 3+1 dimensions at zero chemical potential, in addition to ordinary sound modes we find two propagating modes in presence of an external magnetic field. The first one which is a transverse degenerate mode, propagates with a velocity proportional to the coefficient of gravitational anomaly; this is in fact the Chiral Alfvén wave recently found in [1]. The operational parameters considered include feed moisture, specific pressure and roll speed. The conventional bearing-only tracking solutions are based on Kalman filter. Whenever the problem equations are nonlinear, Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) or more complicated methods are used necessarily. However, EKF suffers of being biased and unstable. A variety of early universe models predict the formation of primordial black holes. Primordial black holes can be a candidate for a fraction or total dark matter in the universe. Moreover, mergers of these black holes can produce gravitational waves. After re-entering the horizon, having a sufficiently large amplitude, the initial fluctuations of cosmic matter can collapse to primordial black holes.
