Abstract
In this paper, the stable and reproducible tellurium doped ZnO nanowires (Te-ZnO NWs) photodetector with intensive responsively is presented. The Te-ZnO NWs were fabricated by physical vapor deposition (PVD) growth mechanism. Field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) images showed that the fabricated nanowires were 50 nm in diameter and several microns in length. The high resolution transmission electron microscopy indicated that the synthesized nanowires were crystalline and their phase characterization was validated by the X-ray diffraction (XRD). Abstract
The highly sensitive impedimetric biosensor in label free approach for hepatitis B virus DNA (HPV DNA) detection based on tellurium doped ZnO nanowires was fabricated. The NWs were grown by hybrid thin film oxidation in the physical vapor deposition (PVD) mechanism. The morphology characterization of the synthesized NWs was performed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and the images demonstrated that the diameter and the length of the materialized NWs were around 50 nm and several micrometers, respectively. Abstract
In this research, synthesis of lanthanum oxide nanoparticles using supercritical water as a reaction medium in batch type reactor was studied. The crystallographic identity and morphology of the synthesized nanoparticles were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Abstract
Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were synthesized in aqueous solutions containing FeCl2, FeCl3, FeSO4 and Fe2(SO4)3. The effects of iron charge and the counter ions on the formation of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were investigated. Thermogravimetric (TG) analysis indicated that carbon multilayer structures including CNTs and multishell graphite particles were formed in deionized (DI) water without the iron precursor. SWCNTs were also synthesized in the presence of the iron ions. This paper presents a new mechanism with unique and prominent features for a helical swimmer robot. "Double Helices Propulsion Mechanism" consists of two parallel helices with a single axis rotating in the same direction. The outer helix acts as the main propulsion component, and the inner helix, which is made of a Shape Memory Alloy (SMA), controls the forward velocity during swimming. In this study, the effects of pulse current parameters on corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of anodized coatings were evaluated. Hardness measurements, polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests were employed to investigate the mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of these coatings. A novel superabsorbent hydrogel composed of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and sodium alginate (Na-Alg) was prepared by using methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) as a crosslinking agent. Abstract
This paper presents a low-order and accurate method for the design of FIR fractional delay (FD) filters with complex coefficients. This method employs least square technique in Hilbert space to approximate the ideal FD transfer function with a FIR filter and to calculate its coefficients. The main advantages of the resulting filter are: very good response at all frequencies compared to other FD filter design methods and a good method to create very small delay. A qualitative study was conducted in seven Iranian small to large sized companies, where forty-nine software engineers were interviewed.
