In tall buildings, seismic behavior depends on structural elements and their configuration. The usefulness of shear walls in the structural planning of multistory buildings has long been recognized. In this thesis, we are going to prove the fundamental theorem of asset pricing and then define option and use the binomial option pricing model to for pricing the option. Afterwards, we explain the recovery theorem which gives the relationship between real and risk neutral measure. Moreover, we present an introduction to financial mathematics and state the generalized Black-Scholes model for option pricing.Then, we prove a theorem for options which reveals a relationship between option prices and real measure  

Iran requires basic changes in using construction materials and industrial system of house production due to its particular climatic conditions such as being located on the earthquake belt and social conditions such as lack of house. 3D panel is one of the best options for industrial construction and especially mass building.
In this thesis, different suggested designs for L & T shaped wall to wall connections of 3D panel under lateral-cyclic and gravity loading were modeled and analyzed by ANSYS software. Three sizes of silica nanoparticles (160±7, 450±10 and 600±25) were sythetized via template-removing method. The synthetized nanoparticles were functionalized with N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl trimethoxy-silane (EDS) to provide a positive charge on the surface of nanoparticles.
