Abstract
Cloud manufacturing is a new paradigm has been in focus for a great deal of research interest in recent years. One of the most important problems in cloud manufacturing is service composition. There is a major problem with service composition issues. Cloud manufacturing is interpreted as a platform in which everything as a service. If the objective function is defined in this platform with the preference of an element, it means that the cloud is private. Most previous studies have been based on private clouds.
