Abstract
The purpose of this reaserch is to create a context in production of Bone Morphogenetic Protein-2 with more effective properties in Bone healing in Iran. Because of demand Of this protein in medical field it could cause an evalution in bone healing. The first section of this reaserch was the Construction of new recombinant plasmid carrying bone morphogenetic protein gene that was title of this thesis. First total RNA was extracted from ostosarcoma cancer cell line MG-63 followed by cDNA synthesis. For amplifying of the mature region of protein a pair of primer with tow restriction site was designed. After Success in PCR and obtaining PCR product with size of 343bp it transferd to vector...

Abstract
In this study, lyophilized advance platelet rich fibrin (A-PRF) was used in combination with collagen membrane for the first time to accelerate bone regeneration as a result of growth factor release. Firstly, collagen was extracted from calf skin and analyzed using SDS-PAGE. FTIR has shown that EDC/NHS were chemically crosslinked collagen to collagen and collagen to chitosan. The morphology of collagen, collagen/chitosan composite membrane with different chitosan content, lyophilized A-PRF attached to membrane were showed using SEM images. The pore sizes were varied from 100 to 300 µm. Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to design experimental condition and to correlate the effect...
Uranium Recovery from Solid Waste of Flourination Reactor of UCF Plant
, M.Sc. Thesis Sharif University of Technology ; Samadfam, Mohammad (Supervisor) ; Ghaemi, Ahad (Supervisor) ; Ghasemi, Mohammad Reza (Co-Advisor)
Abstract
Uranium is one of the most important elements in nuclear fuel cycle. Recovery of uranium from wastes that were generated in varrious prosesses of nuclear fuel cycle, is very important not only because of economical values, but also due to their envirolmental. A considerable amount of solid waste have been produced during the fluorination process of in fluorination fludizedbed reactor at UCF plant in Iran. In this thesis, first, the solid waste of UCF floinatin reactor has been characterized. After characterization of waste, the dissolution of waste by different solvents has been studied and optimom condition for dissolution was determinated. Uranium recovery from the solution was tested...
Uranium Recovery from Sludge of Evaporation Lagoons of Isfahan’s UCF Plant

Abstract
Nuclear energy is one of the most important sources of energy from the economical point of view and also in terms of cleanliness and safety. Hence, strategically, uranium is one of the most basic elements of the earth and nowadays, the importance of this element is more marked due to the nuclear industry developement. Therefore, uranium recovery from the wastes generated during nuclear fuel production in Isfahan’s uranium conversion plant- in which yellow cake is converted to uranium hexafluoride- is quite pivotal. In this experimental research, uranium is extracted from the sludge of evaporation lagoons of Isfahan’s UCF plant via solvent extraction method. Execution of this project in an...
