Recently, remote sensing considered as important tool in studies of water quality issues. The Aras River flows across a transboundary basin in northern Iran. In this study, the aim is to model the water quality parameters (WQPs) using remote sensing and an artificial neural network (ANN), which is a new method proposed to find WQPs based on multivariate regression approaches. Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) can prepare scalable and cost effective solutions for applications such as traffic monitoring and vehicle safety. However, VANETs often experience congestion quicker than wired networks, leading to high end to end delay. The optimization method was proposed to improve the end to end delay of Ad-hoc On-demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing protocol in VANETs. For power transformers, the magnitude of the first peak of inrush current is initially several times the rated load current but slowly decreases until it finally reaches the normal exciting current value. The first one was proposed by Bohm, and emphasizes on the dynamics being second-order, and in which, the key tool for explaining the quantum phenomena is a non-classical potential, called "the quantum potential".
