Abstract
Structure of colloidal particles in anisotropic solvent with long-range orientational ordering, such as nematic liquid crystals, has attracted great attention in science and technology. The nematic director is distorted from its uniform orientation in the bulk due to anchoring on the surface of the colloidal particles. These elastic distortions create topological defects around the particles and induce long and short range anisotropic interactions between the particles. Chatter in milling causes problems like damage to the device, losing precision or sleekness, increase in cannibalization, damage to the spindle, higher level of noise, and problem in thin objects. Current theories in regenerative chatter in filing, has a high relation with a work time (ρ~1), but in less deep filing (ρ≪1), these theories have errors (ρ is time per rotation period). In recent years, mesoporous nanocrystalline TiO2 films have been regarded extensively. This kind of materials due to having unique surface area, structural and bulk properties, is used in many technological applications. In this work, a stable TiO2 sol was prepared using F127 Copolymer template and evaporation induced self-assembly method (EISA). The mesoporous TiO2 powders and thin films were then prepared. The as-deposited thin films were aged under five different conditions for 72h. Finally the samples were heat treated at 350°C, 400°C and 450°C. In this research, aluminium sandwich structure was manufactured by accumulative roll bonding (ARB). In this method, aluminum AA5083 strip was used as the matrix and titanium hydride was selected as the foaming agent powder. Due to the use of particle foaming agent in the first pass, reduction, preheat temperature, rolling speed and the percentage of powder particles parameters were examined. Finally, the 66% reduction, 400 °C preheat temperature and 25 rpm rolling speed, were considered as the optimal values.
