    Abstract
    Among all proposed structures for optical networks, the optical packet switching (OPS) scheme, due to its practical implementation of IPs in an optical configuration and the consequent advantages, is a prizeworthy candidate for being employed in metropolitan area network and local area network communication levels. One of the few problems frequently met using the OPS structure in the fiber-optics realm is the lack of optical buffers, thus deteriorating the system's flexibility and quality of service.     Abstract
    This paper considers the problem of secure data communication through the Global System for Mobile communications (GSM). The algebraic codebook method for data transmission through the Adaptive Multi Rate 12.2Kbps voice channel is investigated and its maximum achievable data rate is calculated. Based on the vocoder channel properties, the method's Bit Error Rate (BER) performance is improved by repetition coding and classification methods. Simulation results show that by simultaneous application of repetition coding and clustering methods, the decoder's performance improves about 6.5% compared to the case of no clustering for 1Kbps data communication in AMR 4.75 voice codec

    Abstract
    A DNA sequence is the information source of living kinds. Information of this sequence is at its constructing bases which has four different kinds. Sequencing DNA is necessary to resolve this information. At 1977, Sanger reported the first sequence of a DNA string. Recently, a human DNA string can be sequenced with 1000 in ~2 hours. Knowing DNA sequence helps to find function of each organism, predict and cure diseases (especially in cancer). Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) methods are based on shot-gun sequencing which fragmentize DNA strings and sequence each fragment.
