    Abstract
    Let G be a graph with n vertices and m edges and assume that f : V ( G ) → N is a function with ∑v ∈ V ( G ) f ( v ) = m + n. We show that, if we can assign to any vertex v of G a list Lv of size f ( v ) such that G has a unique vertex coloring with these lists, then G is f-choosable. This implies that, if ∑v ∈ V ( G ) f ( v ) > m + n, then there is no list assignment L such that | Lv | = f ( v ) for any v ∈ V ( G ) and G is uniquely L-colorable. Finally, we prove that if G is a connected non-regular multigraph with a list assignment L of edges such that for each edge e = u v, | Le | = max { d ( u ), d ( v ) }, then G is not uniquely L-colorable and we conjecture that this result holds for...

    Abstract
    Mapping and Scheduling are two central and critical steps in design flow of the Networks on Chips (NoCs). They deal with implementation of the applications on NoCs. In this paper a novel energy aware algorithm, called EAMS, for mapping and scheduling of concurrent applications to NoC platforms is developed. It is considered that, the NoC architecture consists of a set of heterogeneous IP cores. The introduced algorithm finds a mapping of the tasks of the application to available IP cores so that the overall energy consumption, meeting task deadlines, is minimized

    Abstract
    The network of actin filaments in the lamellipodium (LP) of stationary and migrating cells flows in a retrograde direction, from the membrane periphery toward the cell nucleus. We have theoretically studied this phenomenon in the circular stationary (fully spread) cells. Adopting a continuum view on the LP actin network, new closed-form solutions are provided for the actin-retrograde-flow (ARF) in a polar coordinate system. Due to discrepancy in the mechanical models of the actin network in the ARF regime, solutions are provided for both assumptions of solid and fluid behavior.     Abstract
    This paper presents a method for ECG characteristic points detection based on Wavelet Transform (WT). Wavelet Transform leads to more accurate results in analyzing nonstationary signals such as ECG. The selected wavelet is quadratic spline wavelet. Using quadratic spline mother wavelet, a method for detection of QRS complex and T and P waves is presented and evaluated with the help of MIT-BIH Arrhythmia database.     Abstract
    Through the activation process of T cells, actin filaments move from the cell periphery toward the cell center. The moving filaments engage with T cell receptors and thus contribute to transportation of the signaling molecules. To study the connection between the moving actin filaments and T cell receptors, an experiment available in the literature has measured filaments flow velocity passing over a region of confined clusters of receptors. It shows that flow velocity decreases in the proximity of the receptors, and then regains its normal value after traversing the region, suggesting a dissipative friction-like connection.     Abstract
    The adsorption of proteins at liquid interfaces happens at rather low bulk concentrations due to their rather high surface activity. In contrast typical surfactants start to decrease the surface tension at bulk concentration in the range of mmol/l and reach a minimum value at about two or three orders of magnitude higher concentration. The two proteins studied here, β-lactoglobulin and β-casein, adsorb already remarkably at much lower concentrations, i.e. less than 1. μmol/l. When smallest amounts of a non-ionic surfactant are added to low concentrated protein solutions, changes in the surface tension are observed which cannot be explained by the existing theoretical models.     This research investigates the influence of matric suction on the variation of shear modulus and damping ratio of a silty soil in very small to medium shear strain levels.     Introduction: Temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) is the most common and drug resistant epilepsy in adults. Due to behavioral, morphologic and electrographic similarities, pilocarpine model of epilepsy best resembles TLE.     Four metal dithiocarbamate complexes (Zn, Ni, Hg and Sn) based on an amine containing pyridyl and nitrile groups, 3-((pyridin-2-yl)methylamino)propanenitrile, were prepared and characterized by their elemental analysis, spectroscopic data (such as IR, 1H and 13C NMR), TGA analysis and X-ray crystallography of the Ni(II) complex. The presence of a band in the 1000 cm-1 region in the IR spectra, without any splitting, confirms the symmetrical bidentate bonding mode of the dithiocarbamate ligand.     Abstract
    In this paper we describe some mechanical, hardware and software aspects of our robots specially used in teamwork. The pneumatic design of the gripers and kicker enables the robot to make a good control of ball when dribbling and also passing the ball in short and long distances. The teamwork software enables our robots to perform a cooperative behavior by dividing the field to three major regions and assigning each robot a role such as defender, forward and middle in these three regions.     In the present work we obtained a series of NIR luminescent platinum(II) complexes with a pincer N^N^C ligand based on the conjugated {benzoimidazo[1,2-a]pyrazine} system with the [Pt(N^N^C)L]n+ structural motif (L = phosphine, alkynyl or pyridine-type ligands).
