In this research, first of all, the main question of Heidegger and his epoch is investigated. If we read Heidegger along the tradition of German philosophy, then it is perceived that the problem of science is the most central subject matter standing against Heidegger. This paper presents a unified solution to buckling analysis of rectangular symmetrically laminated composite plates with elastically restrained edges. The plates are subjected to biaxial compression and boundary conditions are simulated by employing uniform distribution of linear and rotational springs at all edges. This paper employs the framework of value-based seismic design to optimize the geometrical and mechanical properties of lead rubber bearings (LRBs). An optimization problem is proposed within this framework. Construction cost and seismic consequences are chosen as the value components. Most failure modes of the LRB, such as strength deterioration, axial buckling, and rubber rupture, have been carefully considered in the seismic response. This paper uses the value-based seismic design methodology to optimize the mechanical and geometrical properties of triple friction pendulum bearings (TFPBs). An optimization procedure is proposed within this methodology. Initial construction cost and lifetime seismic losses are picked as the value components. Recently, tree structures have become a popular way for storing and manipulating huge amount of data. Classification of these data can facilitate storage, retrieval, indexing, query answering and different processing operations. In this paper, we present C-Classifier and M-Classifier algorithms for rule based classification of tree structured data. These algorithms are based on extracting especial tree patterns from training dataset. These tree patterns, i.e. closed tree patterns and maximal tree patterns are capable of extracting characteristics of training trees completely and non-redundantly. The low thermal conductivity of phase change materials (PCM) results in the slowdown in the discharging process of PCM which limits the usability of these materials in the field of Thermal Energy Storage (TES). Non-statistical dynamics are those dynamical systems for which a large subset of points in the phase space (positive measure subset) have non-statistical behavior, meaning that the orbit of these points does not have asymptotic distribution in the phase space. We introduce two new classes of these kinds of dynamics: non-statistical rational maps on the Reimann sphere and non-statistical Anosov-Katok maps of the annulus.
