The present research examines how various types of pollutants are distributed in an urban environment, depending on the type of arrangement in different places. Razaviyeh town (including nine 15-story buildings) in the 9th phase of Pardis new city in Tehran has been studied three-dimensionally here.     In this study, the authors optimise the outage probability of amplify and forward incremental relaying (IR) scheme using two different power allocation methods in the presence of channel estimation errors. The authors find the outage probability of IR scheme and minimise it subject to traditional power (TP) constraint in which the sum of nodes' powers is fixed and outage-dependent power (ODP) constraint which is compatible with the physical concept of IR and takes into account the quality of the direct path in the optimisation problem.     This paper studies the statistical properties of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the dual-hop relaying link in a cooperative wireless communication system in the presence of channel estimation errors for fixed-gain (FG) and variable-gain (VG) relays. The SNR expression is derived and three different analytical approaches with different simplifying assumptions are proposed to obtain the probability distribution function of the SNR and the outage probability in each mode.     Despite many advances in optical character recognition in general, there are still serious challenges remaining in recognizing Farsi text. The main reason is the cursive nature of the letters in written Farsi, i.e., depending on the position of a letter within a word, it might join to its neighboring letters, which consequently changes the shape of the character.     Format compliance, a desirable feature of multimedia security systems, means that the secured bitstream resembles the unprotected compressed bitstream. It is called full format compliance, if the scrambled stream can be decoded by a typical decoder.     In this paper, the performance of the class-J mode power amplifier (PA) is studied when an auxiliary network performs active load modulation on the main transistor. Load modulation is realized by injecting an additional class-C like current with conduction angle of $alpha $ to the drain node of the main transistor.     In this paper, a new reinforcement learning approach is proposed which is based on a powerful concept named Active Learning Method (ALM) in modeling. ALM expresses any multi-input-single-output system as a fuzzy combination of some single-input-singleoutput systems. The proposed method is an actor-critic system similar to Generalized Approximate Reasoning based Intelligent Control (GARIC) structure to adapt the ALM by delayed reinforcement signals.
