    In this project the main aim is to model the interaction between the cytoskeleton and cell membrane. In order to model the membrane and cytoskeleton it is used a discrete model, which contains several beads. For modeling the interaction between the beads it is used different kinds of energies. It is used four potentials in a 2D model for modeling the interaction between the membrane beads and it is used SSLJ potential in order to model the interaction between the cytoskeleton and cell membrane.     This research aims to introduce a new integrated fault tolerant attitude control system of satellites based on the neural networks. First, a linear controller and an optimal controller are designed assuming that no fault occurs in the reaction wheels of the satellite. It is obvious that these controllers are not able to respond properly when a fault occurs. Therefore, artificial neural networks are employed in the fault tolerant controller design.     This research aims to optimize a multi-zone Air Handling Unit's (AHU) energy consumption by using a Non-linear Model Predictive Control (NMPC) approach. In this paper, Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Non-linear autoregressive network with exogenous inputs (NARX) have been utilized to design NMPC for a multi-zone AHU. The NMPC problem could be divided into two main sections: internal model and the optimizer. NARX serves as the controller's internal model to predict the building's thermal dynamics. In this paper, we propose an analytical model in order to evaluate the maximum stable throughput of a WMN based on a simplified version of IEEE 802.11s MAC protocol. Our modeling approach is based on a multi-class open queueing network.     Collective behavior of active matter is observed for self-propelled particles, such as vibrated disks and active Brownian particles, as well as for cytoskeletal filaments in motile cells. Here, a system of quasi two-dimensional penetrable self-propelled rods inside rigid rings is used to construct a complex self-propelled particle. The rods interact sterically with each other and with a stationary or mobile ring via a separation-shifted Lennard-Jones potential.     Abstract
    The design of a fully-integrated ΔΣ -controlled fractional-N frequency synthesizer is described. Using a dual modulus 64/72 prescaler based on injection locking technique and a novel third order digital ΔΣ modulator, we achieved an extremely low power synthesizer in 2.5GHz band.. Total power dissipation of the frequency synthesizer is less than 6mW at a 1.5V supply. The loop bandwidth is optimized to achieve a -123dBc/Hz phase noise at 3MHz offset frequency.     Conventional wastewater treatment processes are not completely effective in removing vancomycin. In this study, affecting parameters on vancomycin degradation, such as pH, catalyst, initial vancomycin concentration, temperature, and reaction time were investigated simultaneously during a removal process based on titanium dioxide with ultraviolet irradiation in an aqueous solution.
