    Application of Ultrafiltration to Produce High Solid Content Yogurt

    Abstract
    Labneh is a semisolid product that is produced by concentrating milk to approximately 23% total solids (wt/vol) by the traditional cloth bag method, ultrafiltration and direct reconstitution. For ultrafiltration membrane processing is carried out either before or immediately after fermentation. The effect of storage time on the flow properties of concentrated yogurt (labneh) was investigated using a rotational viscometer. Experiments were performed at after 0, 2, 5 and 14 days after production. The apparent viscosity of fresh sample was then measured as a function of shear rate.     This research deals with a flexible flowshop scheduling problem with the arrival and delivery of jobs in groups and processing them individually. Each group of jobs has a specific release time. Due to the special characteristics of each job, only a specific group of machines in each stage are eligible to process that job. All jobs in a group should be delivered at the same time after processing. The objectives of the problem are the minimization of the sum of the completion time of groups on one hand and the minimization of sum of the differences between the completion time of jobs and the delivery time of the group containing that job (waiting period) on the other hand.     Abstract
    In this paper, we consider to seek vulnerabilities and we conduct possible attacks on the crucial and essential parts of Android OSs architecture including the framework and the Android kernel layers. As a regard, we explain the Binder component of Android OS from security point of view. Then, we demonstrate how to penetrate into the Binder and control data exchange mechanism in Android OS by proposing a kernel level attack model based on the hooking method. As a result, by implementing the attack model, it is illustrated that the Android processes are detectable and the data can be extracted from any process and system calls. © 2016 IEEE

    An inductorless low noise amplifier (LNA) with active balun for digital TV (DTV) applications is presented. The LNA exploits a noise cancellation technique which allows for simultaneous wide-band impedance matching and low noise design. The matching and amplifier stages in the LNA topology perform single-ended to differential signal conversion with balanced output. The second and third-order nonlinearity of the individual amplifiers as well as the distortion caused by the interaction between the stages are suppressed to achieve high IIP2 and IIP3.     A multi-band frequency synthesizer for In-phase and Quadrature (I/Q) LO signal generation in Digital TV tuners is presented. Using divisor numbers other than powers of 2 (2 n ) for quadrature generation, reduces the required frequency range of the VCO, hence the number of VCO circuits, in multi-band frequency synthesizers. In the proposed synthesizer, VHF, UHF and L-band frequencies are covered with only one VCO. This is achieved by using a novel divide-by-3 circuit which produces precise I/Q LO signals.     A technique for simultaneous cancellation of noise, second-order distortion and third-order distortion in CMOS LNAs is presented. The proposed LNA topology consists of a matching stage and two common-source amplifier stages, performing single-ended to differential signal conversion with balanced output. The second and third-order nonlinearity of the individual amplifiers as well as the distortion caused by the interaction between the stages are suppressed to achieve high IIP3.     A fully integrated multi-band frequency synthesizer for Inphase and Quadrature local oscillator signal generation in Digital Video Broadcasting to Handheld receivers is presented. In the proposed PLL-based integer-N synthesizer, all of the allocated frequencies for DVB tuners, in VHF, UHF and L bands, are generated. Two voltage controlled oscillators cover a frequency range of 1880-3632 MHz by using switched-capacitor banks.
