    In this dissertation, based on the method of recurrence plot and its application in dynamic system analysis we examine the behavior and dynamic analysis of a swirl burner. Though retrospective studies on thermoacoustic instability have been performed on single-blown premixed cone shape flames and several combustion systems but so far this method has not been considered for a real combustion system.     Buckling-Restrained Braced Frame system (BRBFs) are a new type of steel seismic-load-resisting system that has found use in several countries because of its efficiency and its promise of seismic performance far superior to that of conventional braced frames.     Abstract
    A joint theoretical and experimental study of the kinetic and mechanism of the rearrangement of allyl p-tolyl ether was performed in order to study the kinetic and mechanism of the reaction. Experimental studies were performed in gas phase over a temperature range of 493.15–533.15 K. The experimental Arrhenius parameters of this reaction were measured to be Ea = 36.08 kcal mol−1, ΔS# = −7.88 cal mol−1 K−1, and Log A = 11.74, experimentally. Using GC for the mixture of the reaction with and without cyclohexene demonstrated that the reaction is clean without any radical intermediates.     We show that in the family of degree d⩾ 2 rational maps of the Riemann sphere, the closure of strictly postcritically finite maps contains a (relatively) Baire generic subset of maps displaying maximal non-statistical behavior: for a map f in this generic subset, the set of accumulation points of the sequence of empirical measures of almost every point in the phase space, is equal to the largest possible one, that is the set of all f-invariant measures. Following the important work of Tremblay and Davoudi, we have used the TPSC approach to derive explicit expressions for spin and charge response functions.     Non-statistical dynamics are those dynamical systems for which a large subset of points in the phase space (positive measure subset) have non-statistical behavior, meaning that the orbit of these points does not have asymptotic distribution in the phase space. We introduce two new classes of these kinds of dynamics: non-statistical rational maps on the Reimann sphere and non-statistical Anosov-Katok maps of the annulus. We then give a general formalization of the notion of "statistical (in)stability" and show how it is connected to the existence of non-statistical dynamics in a general family of maps
