Abstract

Abstract
Drug targeting to specific organs and tissues has become one of the critical endeavors of the new century. Magnetic nanoparticles have gained a lot of attention in biomedical and industrial application. Doxorubicin is an effective anti-cancer drug in the treatment of many types of cancers. The aim of this study is to load doxorubicin on stimuli-responsive nanocarriers. These nanocarriers are prepared from magnetic nanoparticles. Abstract
An efficient catalyst-free one-pot three-component reaction was developed for the synthesis of a new family of N- and S-containing spirocyclic compounds.Various derivatives of spirobenzimidazolidine containing an indole scaffold were synthesized for the first time in a modestly toxic solvent and under mild reaction conditions. The reaction times were of the order of several minutes, and all the products were obtained in moderate to high yields (overall yields 58–80%)

Abstract
In the first part of this thesis provided an efficient and easy method for the synthesis of 3-alkylidin-2-oxindoles containing tetrahydropyrazine structure in the absence of catalysts under green conditions. The oxindole unit represents an important structural motif found in natural products and biologically relevant compounds. On the other hand, pyrazines are important and well-known compounds found in nature and many medicinal compounds.
