TLP diffusion bonding method refers to a method in which two metal pieces can be bonded by putting an interlayer between two pieces and heating to a temperature lower than base metal melting point. Theoretically, this process shows that the bonding line disappears completely at the end of the process and it is not possible to recognize it. However, these assumptions were not accomplished in practice.
