Abstract
The growing demand for diagnostic tools with enhanced analytical characteristics in terms of sensitivity, selectivity, and low response time has encouraged researchers to conduct their research towards the development of point-of-care (POC) biosensors. POC diagnostic devices are powerful tools for the detection, diagnosis, and monitoring of diseases at their initial stages.
