Abstract
With the increase in the number of regulatory agencies and the proliferation of the idea of regulatory state since the second half of the 20th century, regulators have become one of the important pillars of governance systems. In Iran, the communication market can be considered one of the leading markets in having a modern regulatory body. This thesis deals with the evaluation and analysis of the situation of Iran's communications regulator.
