Abstract
Even though Patellofemoral pain syndrome is one of the most frequent pains and disabilities in knee area, the pathology of this illness has not achieved the needed accuracy and clearness. Most researchers believe the cause of this pain syndrome and disability of it, is abnormal activities of patella. Nevertheless, no non-invasive method has been presented to measure three-dimensional movements of patella in patients.
