  7. Abstract:
  8. Today, the world energy crisis, the need to optimize its consumption and discussion to reduce fuel consumption has become a vital issue. The conventional vehicle air conditioning system due to compressor in refrigeration cycle, which has causes a severe loss in engine useful power, increasing fuel consumption, etc. Therefore, the main goal of this project is the feasibility of the vehicle cooler replacement with the vapor jet refrigeration cycle. In this cycle, the energy required for completing the refrigeration cycle is provided from the heat of the water inside the radiator that is possible with conventional refrigeration cycle. The first stage of this project includes design and fabrication of the ejector required for vapor jet refrigeration cycle for use in vehicle air conditioning system. The design process can be applied in two theoretical parts including analytical modeling and CFD modeling which has done by Mr. Sajad Alimohamadi [1]. The output of this modeling is to determine the optimum entrainment ratio for variable operating conditions and different geometries and thus determining the ejector optimum geometry for intended application. In additions, with aforementioned numerical model it can be provided a good analysis of how to flow, especially inside mixing chamber of the ejector pay all its complexity. In the second stage, the purpose of this project is preparation of a laboratory sample of new car refrigeration cycle, including construction of ejectors which has been modeled in the previous stage and also manufacturing and providing other components of desired cycle to evaluate its performance. Further, in order to validation of designed ejector, a complementary system is provided too
