  8. In recent years, by development of computer and analytical software, engineers intended to do complicated and delicate dynamic analysis instead of static ones. This cause reduction in uncertainty in structures analysis and designing, that improves environmental, economical, and safety performance. Currently there are two common methods which are accepted in major building codes, they are spectral and time history dynamic analysis which the former analyzes structures by using design code spectra based on determination of structures’ dynamic haracteristics, and the latest do it by imposing ground motions on the structure. The spectral dynamic analysis method has some errors and causes unacceptable results in complicated structures with high degree of freedoms due to nonlinear behavior while time history method in spite of being mor accurate analyze method. Endurance time dynamic analyzing method uses incremental acceleration function. This method is more accurate than spectral dynamic analysis (especially reinforced concrete structures which have weakness in spectral analysis) and analysis (linear and nonlinear) where plans, height, and freedom degrees are nonuniform. These are advantages of this method in comparison with spectral analysis one. ET method has higher error in comparison to time historical dynamic method but because of great reduction in analysis cost and elimination of complexity in selecting earthquake records, seems to be better method. This dissertation discusses improvement in accuracy of ET method and investigates its potential as a dynamic analysis method like other dynamic analysis methods
