- Abstract:
- Electrospinning is a simple and versatile technique for producing polymeric and ceramic nanofibers. The conventional procedure for fabrication of ceramic nanofibers is a combination of sol-gel techniques and electrospinning. The main challenge is the spin polymer nanofiber in fabricate of fibers with diameter from 1 to 100 nm, while their standard deviation are as low as possible. Uniform beads free polyamidenanofibers with lower diameter were fabricated.A 18% w/w of polyamide in formic acid was chosen and the effect of magnetic field, adding magnetic ionic liquid surfactant, auxiliary electrode on the main fiber were investigated. They termsfiber 1 to fiber 5. The mean diameters of 489, 100, 207 and 225 nm were obtained for fibers 2-5 in compare with the 641 nm which isthe diameter of fiber 1.consequentlya reduction upto the 85% in fibers diameter was observed when magnetic field was applied on the solution containing 1% (w/w) magnetic ionic liquid surfactant. Moreover, hierarchically nanostructureceramics were also successfully fabricated. Ceramic material such as TiO2 and MnFe2O4were used due to the high porosity and ferrimagnetic properties, respectively.Three-dimentionalheteroarchitecture comprised TiO2nanofibers andMnFe2O4nanorodswith mean diameter of 159 and 44 nm synthesizedvia sol-gel electrospinning and hydrothermal reactions. SEM, XRD and FT-IR confirm the successfully fabrication of 3D hierarchical structure
