  8. First processes and structures related to mining projects and holding companies are introduced after words using descriptive and discovery research method. The processes are analyzed and FakurSanat holding company structures and processes are examined as an analyzed organization. Suggestions are also provided structures and processes amendment or to reinforce each of them. Processes and structures have been described without any change or correction. Then, FakurSanat Tehran Company which was investigated as a Holding company, and suggestions that were made regarding the correcting and reinforcing its processes and structures have been mentioned. These processes and structures have been marked before and after the corrections have been implemented. The ever-growing rate of Holdings have been formed in recent years in Iran and the importance of processes and structures in execution and the success of organization’s strategic plans , in one hand and the present condition of FakurSanat Tehran Company which seemed to lack a structure compliant with present conditions and also the abilities of the company on the other hand instigated the effort to precipitate some changes for the better through offering appropriate suggestions based on current standards as well as successful examples.The results acquired by this research are elaborately mentioned in chapter 5 where the suggested processes and structures are specifically presented
