  8. Since oil is the essential foundation of Irans economy and our country has access to deep water, the extraction of oil from the deep water is essential to our country. So far, due to the possibility of oil exploration in the shallow water of the Persian Gulf, need to invest in deepwater oil industry has not been one of the priorities. However, it seems that in the near future we will need to invest in deepwater. Among subsea structures which we need to use to extract the oil in deepwater, we can mention wellhead manifolds that are used to expand the oil field, optimisation of pipeline length, gathering and distribution of production and injection of water or gas into the wells. In some cases the manifold is connected to the seabed by piles and their size varies according to the number of wells available. Thus providing standards and the design of the manifold as an important subsea structure are important things that should be investigated. Thus at first the important factors in the design of manifolds are determined and then each case will be considered separately. according to the existance of Amirkabir semisubmersible in Khazar lake and extraction of some wells over there and the need of design and installation of wellhead manifold in the near future and also the lack of enagh designing knowledge in all stages of the analysis of manifold’s protective structure especially in installation and lewering stage, in this thesis in chapter II all necessary analysis procedures are presented and in chapter IV dynamic force in the cable during lowering stage in the condition of Khazar lake and by the use of Amirkabir semisubmersible features is investigated and presented step by step
