  7. Abstract:
  8. In this study, soft magnetic composite properties of iron base with insulation magnetite nanoparticles have been studied. First magnetite nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation method. The iron and magnetite particles with different weights were dissolved in acetone until the acetone evaporates and the composition uniformity of iron and magnetite powder was obtained. Then press the button on the 4 samples of 400, 600, 800, 1000 MPa, and the weight of Magnetite 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 percent were cold. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope test results showed that iron and magnetite are homogenous distributed. The measurement of AC magnetic properties also suggest that by increasing the compression pressure, permeability at low frequencies increase and at high frequencies, reduced. Therefore, the optimal pressure of 800 MPa, respectively. The effect of increasing the percentage of magnetite at low frequencies and negative at high frequencies, was positive. Optimization of magnetite in the study was 3 weight percent magnetite. The samples 3% by weight at temperatures of 400 and 600 ° C under an argon gas atmosphere for 30 minutes to reduce tensions in the piece was. The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and magnetic properties of the samples were evaluated. The results showed that the thermal treatment increases the permeability in the range of low and medium frequencies and generally increased frequency device applications. The results also showed that heat the sample magnetic loss tangent at a given temperature annealed with increasing frequency, loss tangent factor of the low frequency suddenly decreases. Then progressively with increasing frequency, has increased and the lowest value for the sample annealed at 400 ° C, is 23/0
