  8. Because of the Complexity in Calculating the Probability of Failure of the System, This Computation is Done by the Software Have Been Developed for this Purpose. Of Course, When We Use Them, We See That Each of Them Have Their Advantages and Disadvantages. One of the disadvantages that have been tried to be resolved over time, the type of programming and algorithm for calculation of it is the fault tree Because new techniques like modularization which have been designed in recent years, a significant improvement in accuracy and speed performance computing applications that use this method have been obtained.In This Thesis Has Developed Software That is Able to Calculate the Probability of the Top Event With Modularization Method. Rather Than Using This Software, Speed and Accuracy is Increased and There is Also the Possibility of Developing it in the Future.However, a fault tree analysis is a method for assembling the fault tree is designed to be a first step to identify the modules and the calculation of any One of these modules is done to provide a careful analysis of fault trees. Modularization Method in the application form which is used in the fault tree is made, to do Calculations can be divided into different levels of the modules gives the logical expression obtained for each Module will be sent to different functions. (Write modular software structure).The task of these functions, simplifying the phrases using Boolean algebra laws, and of course each of these functions can also be considered a module for the application which The separation of the different software, increases the speed and accuracy of the calculation of the fault tree.In the end, the Results of the Study of a Fault Tree Using Software Produced Will be Compared With the Results Obtained From the Software SAPHIRE Which That both the Accuracy and the Speed of Calculation, the Developed Software Situation is Better.Also in This Software is to Make it Possible to Analyze Individual Branches of Fault Tree, Which is Very Effective in Find the Cause of Failures That are More Important
