  7. Abstract:
  8. During 1980s Additive Manufacturing technologies for the purpose of prototyping with fast and less expensive, under the name of Rapid Prototyping was invented. But nowadays under the vast progress made in this field, it possesses a notable place in different industries such as automobile manufacturing, aerospace, architecture, medicine and so on for part manufacturing. In all AM machines, the CAD model design part is manufactured by adding layered to each other. In this research, at first by explaining manufacturing process and current different technologies, the place of this manufacturing process in today and future industry, is analyzed. For discussing replacement of this method instead of the existing manufacturing methods in current industry, the effect of new method on supply chain, its advantages and disadvantages in comparison with traditional methods and its use in current industry has been analyzed. The low quality of final product is a burden for this replacement and its vast use of this approach in industries. Thus in this direction, the existing errors in this technology and the reasons for their appearances is studied. Up to now a lots of efforts has been done in this field in order to control this errors. The objective of this research is to study errors during physical manufacturing steps in FDM technology, which is the most used current in this manufacturing method. What we mean by physical manufacturing steps errors is the errors that are appeared during depositioning roads in each layered. In this research, in first chapter we discuss the general matters such as introducing this technology, its errors and describing the subject. In second chapter the research done in the past and the research gap in the field of described subject was discuss. A detail analyses of the problem within the framework of two conceptual and control models is made in third chapter and then in the fourth chapter based on models proposed in the third chapter the new proposed models which are the rectified the previous models are presented. Finally, through MATLAB simulation of these models their validity is tested
