  8. Business global environments, today, are faced with multiple pressures and changing customer needs that make them to create quick solutions. Enterprise Resource Planning system has attracted organizations that are looking for achieving the competitive advantages, in the past two decades. On the other hand, employees are the greatest asset of any organization and effective utilization of these assets, play an important role in achieving competitive advantage, so planning and managing human resource have a special place in all of the organizations. In this regard, there are several tools, one of them is deploying information systems. Since human resources are the most important part of the organization, Human Resource Management makes a connection with Enterprise Resource Planning processes. The system stores information related to human resource in a database, so we can use them quite resilient. Because we always seek to achieve high level of performance in using information systems, Enterprise Resource Planning system performance evaluation can play an important role in improving system performance and having effective staffing. In this study, first we chose ten appropriate indicators in the field of Human Resource Management and after that we introduce a framework to assessing and analyzing system using introduced indicators and artificial Neural Networks
