  8. This thesis deals with the financial risk management and coordination of supply chain members. To investigate this issue, two echelon supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer with a newsvendor inventory policy for a period is considered. The mathematical modeling has been used to find the exact answer. MATLAB software for solving and scenario generation is used for the analysis. In the proposed method, financial risk management, partial trade credit policy, coordination of supply chain members and cash discount for retailers, have been considered. According to the proposed method, the manufacturer can determine immediate payment at the start of the trade credit period as decision criteria, by means of supply chain Default risk level and demand uncertainty. Also, retailers can determine optimal inventory levels by considering the initial inventory level, working capital, loan and deposit interest rate, interest rate at the end of trade credit period and demand uncertainty. In addition, if the retailer orders manufacturer’s intended quantity, it will receive the cash discount. As a result, supply chain coordination, retailer and manufacturer profit will be higher than before. In the past, risk factors, working capital, interest rates and the initial inventory level have not been considered integrated. Numerical experiments indicate that the retailer coordinates with the manufacturer in high default risk level and low immediate payment. Moreover, if wholesaling price, salvage value, trade credit period interest rate and deposit interest rate are increased, supply chain coordination will be decreased
