  8. Organizations are established and developed based on a specific existence policy. They would exist as long as they are able to do their basic mission. An organization could perform its mission through some work processes. The better processes makes higher organization’s productivity. In order words desirable quality and quantity of an organization depends on processing functions. Improved processes use minimum resources to achieve efficiency maximum. Deeds and Properties Registration Org. (DPRO) is a unit, which maintains and supports national security through arranging individual social and economic relations, the organization has an outstanding position. Following composition of 20-year plan perspective document of holy system of Islamic republic of Iran, DPRO is committed to accomplish the plan of Productivity Improvement Management Cycle (PIMC). In accordance to this policies, development and improvement of systems is necessary. The approach of the project is continues improvement. In the first step, by providing the plan establishment model at the Registration Zone, productivity indices of three processes with high priority in Shemiran Registration Zone (pilot plan) are measured. Execution stages of the processes are analyzed based on work diagram. New and improved processes method with the available facilities and integrated computer network facilities will be presented. Again, productivity indices of three improving processes are measured. The recent productivity indices evaluated, are compared with previous ones and will be presented. Finally, operation guidelines and effective propositions on process improvement and productivity increase which are based on experts and manager’s sound is presented
