- Abstract:
- In this study, in the base case using a modeling system WRF=CAMx Distribution concentration of all pollutants from mobile sources in an episode of 60 days (November and December 2015) is calculated in Tehran. In this context, the emissions inventory related to mobile sources outputs the code in Fortran and WRF meteorological model to model air quality prepared and then using the CAMx, Tehran’s air quality is simulated. In order to verification in this case, the results of pollutant concentration NO2, CO, PM2٫5, with concentrations of air pollution monitoring stations compared. Given that in this study the concentration of pollutants from mobile sources is modeled, predicted by the model, measured at air pollution monitoring stations less.To study the effects of air pollution reduction scenarios, several scenarios have been studied. In this study examines the impact of the withdrawal Motorcycles Electric Motorcycles carburetor and replace, remove and replace a carburetor cars euro cars four-install filter to remove soot and even and odd plan has been studied in a total of six scenarios. For the six scenarios, updated list published in Tehran and pollutant concentration calculations using modeling system WRF=CAMx without changes in other inputs, is again conducted. In the first and second scenarios respectively 25 and 50 percent of motorcycle carburetor assumed Trash and instead they release zero emissions electric motorcycle has been replaced.Compare these two scenarios results in a decrease in the concentrations used in basic Bahalt PM2٫5 between 4 and 5.5 percent for the first scenario and 8 to 10 percent for the second scenario. In the third scenario assumed remove the carburetor cars and Euro 4 vehicles have been replaced. The results show that the presence of this scenario particle concentrations between 5 and 8% compared to the base case is reduced, the greater the reduction of gas emissions due to V OC, NOx and SO2 which secondary particles are formed, is . In the fourth and fifth scenarios by installing soot filters on the number of diesel vehicles by 9.5 % and 36/1 % of total particulate emissions of mobile sources is low. In these two scenarios, emissions have not changed. The results show that by applying a fourth scenario, 5 to 7 percent and fifth scenarios by applying a 14 to 24 percent of the particulate concentration decreases. Even though the plan is implemented to control air pollution in Tehran, but the results show that the removal of even and odd plan particulate matter concentration between 3 to 6 percent. The secondary particle concentration increased, but reduced the primary particle concentration was greater than the increase in concentration of secondary particles
