  7. Abstract:
  8. Electric field sensors are one of the common types of sensors that are widely used today to record changes in the electric field in underwater environments, also record pH changes in different materials. This type of sensor is inspired by the shark mucous membrane. In this study, silver / silver chloride silver (Ag / AgCl) was used for three methods of silver filtration directly in electrolyte containing chloride ion, Electrophoretic electrode method and electrode making method using silver oxide adhesive. Part of the electrodes manufacturing method involves converting part of silver into silver chloride. The made electrode has a length of 7 cm and a diameter of 0.5 mm, with its core made of silver and platinum, and a coating made of silver on the electrode. Finally, by applying a current or constant potential in a solution of 0.01 molar HCl, 15% to 20% of the silver coating was converted into silver chloride. The results of the scanning electron microscopy show that silver / silver chloride electrophoretic silver crystal is produced by a nanoscale-sized electrophoretic structure, which leads to an elevated electrode level in the electrolyte, thereby reducing the noise level and increasing the stability. The results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and noise analysis showed that electrode made electrodes had a low noise level of about 10 nV at 1 Hz
