  8. One of the best ways to overcome the weaknesses of technology services in different industries is right technology transfer with feasibility in the country. 3D painters have been recently widely used industrially in different countries. The 3D printer is one of the new emerging technologies, enabling the production of every 3D objects with any complexity. 3D printing has provided the possibility of producing, in fastest, more economics and regardless of those complexities. By transfer of this kind of technology and proper management, a huge transformation can created in all industries and factories. To do this, there are several technologies of 3D printing, that each of them used in various industries that focus on metal projects. as a result, the transfer of knowledge to in the field of 3D printer services for communication between the university and industry considered as an important advantage and innovation of the present research. The importance and necessity of the project can mentioned as follows: speeding up,making each complex piece without limitation, minimizing wage and energy costs, minimizing need for tool, minimizing waste, a unique design, improving quality and strength. , socialization of work, increasing the power of innovation. To gain high productivity and to put this new productive culture and better sales, we need to have the right management system, CAPP and process planning, considering the available resources and innovation in each sector, according to the world-wide methods which mentioned in the project. As a result, the project has focused on the following issues by integrating new approaches:Technical studies such as the selection of industrial equipment and the introduction of superior industrial equipment of 3D printers on metal and technical data of devices; the choice of the device suitable with the industry in the country; the advantage of choosing a powder model; a piece that shows the quality, strength, beauty and precision of the device and how much raw material costs involve, whether this machine integrated with other devices, whether the pieces of the device damaged by technicians, whether it is right or reverse engineered. Market studies: introducing foreign competitors - introducing existing service companies - research and interview the target market main goals include the choice of entry into the applied and profitable industry, the amount of imported and consumed annual industrial equipment (implants), and supplies of military and aerospace products. Furthermore, identify competitors as well as new ways to promote sales and produce creative components, the most important of all is the new design that is not the same as the designer engineer with new design ideas and ideas to reach the perspective. They create an innovative piece of content that makes it profitable for themselves and the company, and increases sales. Financial feasibility: in this section, 12 categories are introduced as the steps to reach the vision of types of profit and employment:1. executive summary 2. perspective 3. mission 4. targets 5. plans 6. introduction of products and services 7. replaceable products 8.market analysis 9. risk analysis 10. financial analysis, such as annual sales, head points, fixed costs of investment and production costs, total product cost 11.product development steps 12.SWOT analysis.
