  7. Abstract:
  8. Energy management in vehicles is ann important issue, because it can significantly influence the performance of the vehicles and component sizing., Although the bbatteries have been widely used in electric vehicles (EVs), However the large current impact of battery cycle life is still a difficult problem that remains to be resolved and because of that, Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs) areis the way that allows to to achievinge the advantages of both engines.Hybrid cars uses both an electric motor and internal combustion engine (ICE) used together, so, itwhich can benefit from the advantages of both engine types. ImprovImprovement ofing energy management in (HEVs) can providedeliver important advantagesbenefits, such as reducing fuel consumption, decreasing emissions, lower running cost, reducing noise pollution, and improving driving performance and ease of use, and it can use ICE & electric motor in the optimum rpm that cause minimum fuel consumption and emissions. Initially, in order tTo use e this system, initially, environmental condition must be measured by numerous sensorsnumerous sensors must measure environmental conditions., Tthe most important information in this field is required freewheeling of each of the wheels and tThe required torque forto each wheel that the commands are sent by the driver. sent commands, Inin this filed, vVarious sensors have have been developed s such as the one that are used in electronic stability program (ESP) or traction control systemstem (TCS) systems.Usually the efficiency of a system and its effectiveness depends on the decision-making process., Ffor this reason,, the information about these procedures should be kept by the manufacturer to be kept confidential by the manufacturer. We are going to use fuzzy logic decision-making procedures for proper distribution of power between the electric motor and internal combustion engine (ICE) and the results obtained with other methods in order to compare the performance
