  8. Pistachio trade in Iran is of great importance in non-oil exports, and this country has been the main producer of this product for many years. In recent years, unfortunately, pistachio products have fallen sharply in the country, and on the other hand, the United States has been able to take a large share of the global market. The researchers have presented numerous reviews about the causes of this problem, most notably drought and water scarcity, inefficient agriculture, and the lack of comprehensive and efficient management of the pistachio supply chain. In this research, to address these problems, attention has been paid to sustainable supply chain management that addresses three dimensions of economic, social and environmental issues. In the early stages of this supply chain, there has been a detailed study of how to manage business processes that are highly qualified in analyzing and improving the processes and activities of an enterprise. In the following, a model for comprehensive decision-making on issues in agricultural areas, processing, maintenance, distribution and sales has been developed. Since in most food supply chain the first loops affect the sustainable economic supply chain, the economic, social and environmental dimensions of the sustainable supply chain, so much attention has been paid to improving agricultural processes and defining agricultural development plans. The approach presented in this research has been used and evaluated by Abbasian pistachio production and distribution company and the results are reflected in the last seasons. One of the main results of this study is the importance of using agricultural reform schemes such as subsurface irrigation and the use of plastic soils and their dramatic effects on increasing harvest and reducing water use
