  7. Abstract:
  8. Today, Information Technology is a critical aspect for the development of the modern manufacturing industry. Network technology can connect customers, partners, and the general public to work together and provide resources across the supply chain to improve product performance. To meet the goal of higher performance with lower operational costs and shorter delivery times for new products, many network-driven or service-oriented models have been proposed. These models focus more on communicating with dispersed partners rather than Integrated management and generalization of dynamic resource partnerships. But, cloud manufacturing has been recognized in the literature for generating computing power, storage resources and machines in the form of cloud, combining it with virtualization technology and satisfying customer needs with minimal management effort and engagement with the service provider. In such a process, the combination and optimization of services is one of the primary issues for the optimal allocation of production resources. There are currently many approaches to combining services. From abstract methods to methods that seek to become practical industry standards. Therefore, the problem of combining services and choosing the optimal combination of services in cloud manufacturing is important for modern systems, where different algorithms for solving this problem have been used, due to the nature of being NP-hard and characteristics of uncertainty and dynamism, these methods have not been effective. Given the characteristics of this issue and the nature of its coverage of demand through the services provided, it can be solved using set covering methods such as the Benders Decomposition method which has been used in this thesis. Therefore, in this research, we tried to study the literature on the composition of services in cloud manufacturing and the algorithms used to solve this problem. Then the idea of development is implemented using Benders method and problem modeling is analyzed and compared with the current literature models. Finally, the results are reviewed and the necessary analyzes and comparisons of the results of the mentioned methods are performed. The results show that the proposed model of this thesis on the problem of combining cloud services leads to shorter repetition and higher optimization
