- With the advent of Internet technology and globalization, the use of enterprise resource planning systems, through the Internet, is growing and indicates access to information and communication as part of a global business strategy.. With the extension of Internet penetration, cloud processing has attracted particular attention. According to this process, due to issues such as maintenance costs, reliability, and scalability, much attention has been paid to cloud enterprise resource planning systems. But major attention has been paid to ERP as a software service, and less has been given to providing cloud platform to develop and integrate enterprise resource planning systems in a supply chain. In order to integrate enterprise resource planning systems, it is necessary to integrate the planning logic of these systems. In this research, two mathematical models of cloud flexible job shop scheduling are as a planning logic to integrate enterprise resource planning systems in a supply chain. One of the models assumes the time-dependent sequencing and the other Without this assumption. These models are cloud computing and decentralization in comparison to other models. From the problem-solving perspective, given that conventional methods of solving cannot find optimal solutions by increasing the size of the problem in a reasonable time, the genetic algorithm has been develpoed to solve it. The efficiency and accuracy of this algorithm in finding a solution in a reasonable time have been investigated by presenting several examples and it shows that in big size problems the algorithm is able to deliver a solution in a reasonable time
