  5. We propose a novel multi-parallel layer DCN architecture based on low radix FOS. Results show cost and power consumption reduction of 4 parallel-layer architecture is 60% and 26.7% with respect to the FatTree. © 2019 The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE)
