  7. Abstract:
  8. With the proliferation of mass media such as smartphones and the use of social networks, the exchange of video data between users has increased, and according to forecasts in the coming years we will see significant growth in the amount of this data on mobile networks. In this dissertation, we examine the effect of sending video packets via LTE and WiFi and try to calculate two parameters that affect the quality of experience, namely the probability of interruption and the amount of delay. The modeling results show that if the packets are optimally routed to these two paths, there is about a 15% improvement in the probability of interruption. Sending packets from two separate routes Although increasing the likelihood that packets will not arrive in their proper position, it allows packets to be delivered in bulk to the distribution buffer, which reduces the likelihood of interruption and increases the initial delay. Therefore, we will face a trade-off between the possibility of interruption and delay in starting the continuation of the video. According to studies, so far none of the studies have examined the quality of experience due to sending packets in two ways, focusing on destroying the order of packets. The possibility of interruptions during video playback and delays in the start of video continuation are parameters that affect the quality of the user experience, and this issue should be considered in making the optimal decision
