  7. Abstract:
  8. The subject of health and particularly medicine, has always been very important. The volume of medicine's demands is excessive, and medicine is considered as one of the sensitive and vital goods, so the accuracy in using the medicine and the timeliness of its use and access are among the strict requirements in the field of pharmaceutical flow. As we know, with the purpose of achieving the best healing effect and cure the disease, several drugs for a specific disease are usually used simultaneously. Therefore, an order containing different types of drugs must be delivered on time, together, and simultaneously. By focusing on the supply chain, companies are experiencing significant reductions in healthcare costs. This final project aims to provide a model and solution for online pharmacies through which chain costs can be optimized. In this regard, a model has been designed in which after the orders were received through the protocol in each period, the transport fleet that has been pre-assigned to some pharmacies by a third-party logistics organization collect the drugs required for each order from the physical pharmacies, that have these drugs in their inventory, and transfer them to the pharmacies that can send them to the customer in time, considering the logistical costs. In this final project, after mathematical modeling of the problem with the aim of minimizing the cost and delivery time of the drug, the problem was solved in small dimensions by GAMS software and then to validate the model in large dimensions due to the NP-hardness of the problem, and At the time of its solution, this problem was solved on a large scale with the help of MOPSO and NSGA-Ⅱ meta-heuristic algorithms, which are suitable for solving multi-objective problems; eventually, the solutions of these algorithms were evaluated. The results of the model showed that not only the model works well in small-scale problems with low orders, but also with the approaches presented in this dissertation, the model can be used in large-scale problems with larger orders. As the fields of technology and businesses on the Internet is expanding, the design of this network and the approach presented in this dissertation can help business managers in this or similar field. In addition to a significant reduction of their system costs, it leads to customer satisfaction in terms of delivery of goods and the duration of the distribution and delivery system
