  8. This thesis aims to create an electronic health system for transferring, verifying, and monitoring patient data. Blockchain technology is used in this system. In this system, the patient can communicate with the relevant hospital via an authentication protocol and transmit his data to the hospital. The hospital levels the patient's data creates the patient's treatment prescription and shares it with the pharmacy and insurance company to facilitate the patient's effective treatment. Blockchain technology has been used in a variety of electronic health systems. There are several problems with these systems, including the incorrect use of blockchain, a lack of comprehensiveness, a lack of motivation for miners inside the system, and in line with that, a lack of system dynamics. The Hyperledger Fabric blockchain is used in this thesis as the health blockchain, and Ethereum is used as the financial blockchain. It has been tried to include all institutions related to the health field, such as hospitals, insurance, pharmacy, and the company related to manufacturing devices, in order to provide better services to the patients. In addition to the decentralization of metadata, the proposed electronic health system also creates decentralization of data. Since most existing health systems have not addressed the motivational discussion of miners, the proposed electronic health system introduces a motivational mechanism in order to maintain the system's dynamics. As part of the proposed electronic health system, the main advantages of the blockchain and the secure communication between the system entities are made a priority. Non-fungible tokens are used to enable secure communication between the system entities. parallel blockchains have been used to increase the scalability of the system by increasing the rate of transaction registration
