- The business model is very important, as many researchers in this field believe that the success or failure of a business is highly dependent on right design and application of this model. In most recent innovation studies, application of innovation in business models or developing an innovative business model itself is one of the main factors to enable an organization to have stable status in the competitive market. This is unlike the traditional believes, which technology and process were the main motivators behind organization to stand out in competitive market. Designing a proper business model requires a system thinking approach, which considers both internal interactions factors, and external (environmental) interaction factors such as political, economic, social and technological, etc. Based on the current stage of the entrepreneurship in Iran business ecosystems, this thesis tries to design and analyze a comprehensive business model canvas for a FMCG ecosystem with focus on integration of product development and business model maturity. Considering the importance of the business model, numerous researchers believe that the success or failure of a business, especially start-ups, heavily depends on the right design and implementation of the business model. In most recent innovation studies, the innovation in business models or the development of an innovative business model is one of the main factors empowering the organizations to stabilize in a competitive market. This is in contrast to traditional beliefs considering the technology and process as the main drivers of the organization to remain in the competitive market. For designing a business model, a systemic thinking approach is required taking into account both internal and external (environmental) interactions such as political, economic, and social factors. Based on the current situation of Iran's Entrepreneurship Ecosystem, this study aims to design and analyze a business model canvas of the affiliated business model in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods for food industry ecosystem, focusing on the integration of product development and maturity of the business model
