  7. Abstract:
  8. This research discusses the issue of exploitation of cloud computing in facilitating the responsibilities of a project manager in construction project management. The need for reliable and affordable technologies is ever more important in today's business world due to the amount of economic contraction and losses that take place every day; cloud computing fills this gap. For this purpose, we are presenting a cloud-based Project Management Software named Field wire that is specially designed to manage construction projects in the cloud computing environment. The various procedures of a project, due to their complex nature, are largely made up of tasks which cannot be carried out by one service provider. To this end, the concept of service composition has been discussed in this research, which allows for the selection of the best contractor composition. There is a great variety of cloud-based software on the market, but what has been explored in this paper as a new idea is the ability to add the functionality to select the best contractors in composite processes. Due to the time and costs constraints, it was examined whether this feature is being used properly given that there is no project management software which can simultaneously enable a user to select optimal contractors. The composition of the service becomes a decision problem for which component services should be selected to meet the user's end to end QoS requirements, as more and more alternative web services provide the same functionality with different quality parameters. When a project manager is primarily concerned with coordinating time, cost and quality in projects, selecting the groups of contractors best suited for being selected as service through cloud-based Project Management Programs can facilitate his or her work
