  7. Abstract:
  8. The use of wind energy due to the clean and unlimited nature of this energy has received more attention and for this purpose, the types of wind turbines that mainly include; monopile turbines and jacket-based turbines; is used In this research project, it has been tried using criteria such as equal weight of structures with different bracing shapes and taking into account the normalized energy and redundancy factors of the platforms; An optimal structure that can achieve a better capacity curve with the same material cost, which includes ultimate stress and greater ductility, and along with all the above factors; The redundancy of the structure has also been considered to minimize the risk of the structure collapsing in case of damage to the members. In this research, three general issues have been investigated. First, the correct buckling behavior of the compression members has been checked using one-dimensional linear elements based on standard relationships, so that the behavior and capacity of the platform can be checked in a completely accurate way, taking into account the overall buckling of the members. different configurations are modeled and it has been investigated with a parameter such as normalized energy, which can be a suitable factor to check the most optimal geometric state due to the consideration of normalized ductility and normalized final stress, and in the final step among the optimal samples; Redundancy of structures has been researched so that in case of damage and destruction of a member, the structure suffers the smallest risk of collapse and serious damage. In all the above steps, the points and instructions of the regulation and the existing and proposed methods in the technical literature have been investigated. The results of the investigation showed that the use of vertical elements between the levels is better for increasing the capacity of the structure and better plasticity in the structure. It should be considered as one in the middle and from the level of the flower. The normalized energy of the structure, which consists of the plasticity and ultimate capacity of the structure alone, is not enough for the optimal geometrical structure, and the effects of capacity loss due to damage in the structure should be considered
