  7. Abstract:
  8. The breadth and intertwining of the concepts of the Scrum Agile framework has made it difficult to understand the details in relation to each other correctly and quickly, and has faced learning Scrum with a challenge; because the newbies have to choose between schematic and imprecise but general images showing connections and detailed and precise but unstructured texts. On the other hand, the different approaches of Scrum implementation in different organizations according to the different conditions of the organizations and the specific ideas of each organization to personalize Scrum in the places that Scrum has given them this permission, have made the Scrum teams willing to learn as much as possible about these cases; and if possible, use these methods or ideas in their organization. To answer these two requirements and considering the less structured parts of the Scrum framework along with its structured parts, with the help of a combination of the object management group consortium standards and specifically based on the CMMN standard which is suitable for the same kind of processes, that is, less structured and knowledge-based processes is, the Scrum framework was modeled. According to the survey, efforts have been made to model Scrum using different languages, but no research has been found that has done this work with high precision and detail. Finally, through a questionnaire that was based on the technology acceptance model, feedback was obtained from 20 industrial engineering undergraduate students of Sharif University of Technology and 20 Scrum activists regarding the perceived ease and perceived usefulness of the model in the field of training and deployment. The results of the questionnaire show that the majority of people consider the model to have acceptable usefulness and ease of use in the field of learning and deploying Scrum and find it useful
