- The title of this thesis is cosmological perturbation theory in brane cosmology. In this thesis, we investigate brane cosmology, specifically we will mainly investigate super-horizon curvature perturbation during inflation, radiation-dominated and matter-dominated eras. The areas to be reviewed and the steps necessary to reach the final conclusion of this thesis are as follows: Firstly, we will have an overview of brane cosmology. Then, we will investigate the inflation within the brane cosmology framework. Furthermore, by investigating the cosmological perturbation theory during inflation, radiation-dominated and matter-dominated eras, we investigate the evolution of curvature perturbation in brane cosmology. The calculation will be within the general theory of relativity and inspired by the cosmic phenomenological models in string theory. Therefore, the general theory of relativity and cosmic phenomenological models in string theory play a crucial role in this thesis. Since the theory of cosmological perturbation theory in brane cosmology has not been studied precisely, the potential results of this thesis will be a step towards better understanding these models. Hence, the final outcome and overall goal of this thesis are to take a step towards a better understanding of cosmological perturbation theory in brane cosmology
