  7. Abstract:
  8. In the intricate realm of supply chains, the ripple effect, akin to an abrupt storm, can jeopardize the stability and efficiency of the entire chain. This research aims to identify and prioritize the causative factors of this disruptive phenomenon, employing the Fuzzy Delphi Method. The Fuzzy Delphi Method is utilized in this investigation, as it possesses the capability of integrating expert knowledge with quantitative analyses. To construct the questionnaire, the results of previous studies were initially examined, and the influencing factors were identified. Subsequently, drawing upon the knowledge and experience of ten prominent experts from the "NAVABEHDASH" Organization (PANBERES), the key components of the ripple effect were meticulously scrutinized and evaluated through three rounds of surveys. In each phase, the experts' opinions were gathered, analyzed, and provided as feedback, ultimately leading to a final ranking based on the collective knowledge acquired. The findings of this research reveal that the identified components have a significant impact on the emergence of the ripple effect in the supply chain. Ranking these components can provide substantial assistance to supply chain managers and planners in employing appropriate strategies to mitigate supply chain fluctuations and instabilities, thereby achieving optimal performance. By presenting an analytical framework and utilizing the Fuzzy Delphi Method, this research endeavors to enhance supply chain management and minimize the adverse effects of the ripple effect
