- Abstract:
- By presenting a comprehensive economic-environmental model, this research tries to provide a gas recovery supply chain network for a set of gases in the Khuzestan region. In order to create this network and collect associated gases in it, first the proposed recovery processes have been simulated in Aspen hysys and the economic and environmental mathematical model has been solved with the help of GAMS software. The result of the optimization suggests that eight points with accompanying gas should be collected in two separate points with the processes of purification, separation and electricity generation from natural gas along with CHP(combined heat an power) process and as a result, 5 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced annually and the amount The net present value (NPV) over ten years of operation of the recovery processes is approximately 10 billion dollars
